I'm training for a local tough murder and really needed a sports massage, shoulders and back were so painful. Joe was my therapist, he's brilliant, loads of pressure but checking with me all the time. I'm converted, these guys know their stuff and I'll be back, probably on their flexible membership.

With my laptop work and loads of driving, I really needed this. Safely, I can say this was the best full body massage I've had. My therapist Joe hit all the areas I requested, whilst covering all the major muscles and I'm not normally impressed by spa massages, but this place is more of a centre and the reception area is really welcoming for men as well as women. Clean rooms, straightforward service and once I'm back after my hols I'm joining the membership they have as I'll be a regular.
