Tried this new place before my local 10k run, it's awesome. Best sports massage ever, really comfortable surroundings and professional staff. I'll be back there soon
It was one of the best massages I've ever had. Prompt, professional and friendly staff. However, it was expensive as is the monthly membership.

I guess when it comes to pampering you get what you pay for... In this instance, whilst the therapist was lovely and indeed delivered a massage, the whole experience left me rather unimpressed.
The atmosphere of the place is very ‘commercial’, and whilst very clean, it doesn’t feel like somewhere you are getting a pampering treat. It is after all, a chain!
The massage itself lacked that caring touch that you usually look for, and basically the whole experience felt cheap.
Good thing I booked through a promotion, I left only slightly disappointed, I would have been thoroughly displeased had I paid full price for it!

After the initial disappointment that my on-line booking was canceled due to a double booking. My overall experience was good. I was made to feel relaxed and welcomed. The down side is that the car park is shared with the travel lodge and there was no spaces left. However there is a car park situated opposite which cost me £2
