I booked in for a sports massage for a sore lower back. Noted this down ok the consultation form and explained this to both the manager and therapist.
The therapist then gave me a standard massage following the same pattern she would have for any massage. When I asked her to stop working on my shoulders and concentrate on my glutes and lower back she told me there was little she could before make a half hearted attempted. I left the treatment in as much pain as I arrived just £50 lighter.

Really great set up for an at-home salon. Seemed more clean than a high street one and had all the same (if not more) kit. Lovely professional service, good advice and range of available services is great. Would definitely recommend.

Great massage and therapist was brilliant. Not a good booking process though - booked a time slot on Treatwell and received a phone call very soon after directly from
The Massage Company saying it wasn’t available and I had to change time. Also had to pay extra as the introductory offer wasn’t valid for me. I wasn’t able to cancel on the day so had to pay more and change time to accommodate.

A mixed experience....
Positives: A clean, spacious venue with good facilities and the masseuse was a lovely lady who made me feel very at ease and massage was good.
Negatives: Sounded like building work going on above which was off putting when trying to relax and the sales rep on reception was extremely pushy which has put me off returning.
