Massage was booked as a birthday gift for my dad; the salon was aware of this as I spoke to them just before the treatment.
My dad was happy with the actual massage, but had a real issue with the fact that he was bombarded with a really pushy sales pitch encouraging him to purchase their massage subscription. If they had mentioned it to him briefly that would have been understandable however he was repeatedly asked about it by two members of staff and this really ruined this birthday experience
