Really did not feel like a valued customer due to the customer service. The morning of my treatment I had a call from one of the girls there to say there was an error they cannot accommodate my 80min booking and had to change it to 50mins, so I asked if they would refund the diffetew, to say the least they had me doing a run around and were not helpful at all, my Sunday morning became stressful. There was no offer to compensate or good will gesture. The treatment was good and Ash is really good
Heating mat underneath was too hot. Burnt my hips. I wanted a deep tissue massage in my shoulder/ neck area as I had bad pain. I told the therapist about my pain and wrote it on my form. She worked mostly on legs, arms. About 5 minutes on shoulder/neck area so I’m still in a lot of pain. I suffer with anxiety so struggle to talk to people and didn’t want to upset therapist. Hand towels at the end of massage were too hot, burnt my hands.
