I was very pleased with the pregnancy massage I received. Charlie (I believe) was great, and checked in regularly to make sure that the pressure, etc. was correct. I read other reviews before decided to book in, and I think this facility responds well to the feedback. My room was not cold, and in fact I was asked if I was too warm - though I was comfortable. The add-ons were explained to me as coming with a cost, and being included in the time I'd already booked and not as additional minutes. I think the ambience is good - not amazing - but this place isn't selling itself as a spa, but rather a qualify massage spot.

Very friendly and helpful front of desk staff. Talented masseuse - overall happy with quality of massage. Clean and new premises, with a decently sized and very comfortable chair with heated pad for my 7 month pregnancy. But if room temperature and ambience are important to you, then I wouldn't recommend this place. Like I've seen in a number of reviews, the room was too cold. Yes, there was a heated blanket (lovely!) but when skin was uncovered and massage gel was applied, the feel of the cool air wasn't pleasant and took me out of relaxation mode. To make it worse, the masseuse started off with cold hands (?!). I could have asked for the heating to go up a notch, but by the time I realised the temperature was a problem I just wanted to relax and be quiet. I really don't think I should have to ask for a warm room, this should be a given for a massage and especially at that price point. Also, the choice of music was at times rather strange and distracting - a guitar solo?! These things niggled me and sadly are enough of a turn off to ensure I won't return. Not a fan of the 'add ons' menu for c.£6 where you can add e.g., head massage, foot massage. Turns out these get included in your time slot, rather than extra: misleading. If someone requests a 6 minute head massage within their allotted slot, the masseuse could surely accomodate this, instead of the customer having to stump up extra cash?!

A warm welcoming from a lovely team. Been suffering with a lot of tension in the back and shoulders but the massage so good, the tension has completely gone. Will definitely be coming back next month.

I was pleased with the service for the introductory price but would have been disappointed if I’d have paid full price. It was not very luxurious but nice enough
