Josh was amazing. The massage was at the right level of firmness, and I left being able to move my neck a lot more to the right than I could before I went in. Everything feels relaxed. I will certainly go back.

I had the introductory offer deep tissue massage.The therapist was lovely, the environment was great but the treatment itself was quite robotic and didn't meet expectations. I had outlined some particular areas I'd like focused on in my pre-massage form but the therapist didn't focus much on these areas or seem to take notice of the form. Typically I come away from a massage feeling better but I think I will have to go elsewhere to get this sorted.

Massage was good, pressure was a little bit too much even though I asked for less pressure. Would have been better if on the booking there was more detail about each therapist. I didn’t know I was going to be given a male therapist and some people may not be comfortable with that so therapist 1/2/3 etc should be well explained on Treatwell. Had I been given the choice I probably would have preferred a female therapist as I was stripped down to just my knickers.
