Pros: Great massage with excellent level of pressure agreed in advance and checked during - very professional and high quality service. Loved the heated blanket and bolster under legs - very comfy. Easy to book, especially at last minute.
Cons: Arrived 15 mins early to fill forms/do pre-talk with therapist but massage still started 5-10 mins late. Every minute counts! Music not great - very honky tonk piano - would be great if clients could select in individual rooms? Bit noisy in corridors right outside therapy rooms.
