Alison is very welcoming and creates a relaxing atmosphere. She is attentive and makes sure she considers your needs and asks about any previous injuries in advance and that you are in a comfortable posture before she begins. I like a higher pillow which Alison provided as she noticed my posture looked uncomfortable. The massage was the right intensity and I left feeling really refreshed. Thank you Alison.
