Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough, my back and skin feel wonderful. Rachel was really professional, friendly and made me feel very relaxed. It was also nice to have a chat beforehand to customise your treatment and take your personal requirements in to tailor your visit. Thank you so much!

Louise was fantastic. This is a return visit for me. She focuses on problem areas and gives them extra attention. After care suggested treatments are welcomed. I'llbe booking again to try out her other treatments.

Tuned up to my oirigonal appointment and the therapist was not there.
Rescheduled for later on that day with the promise of an extra half hour for the inconvenience but this was not followed through
Staff are really loud and rude
Asked for a relaxing massage and was taken into a room with full lighting which stayed on the whole time
Bed was extremely uncomfortable where your face goes through the hole and so I couldn’t concentrate on the massage
Could hear staff talking the whole time

I had never had a massage before so I was a bit nervous, Rachel was very welcoming and caring, and made sure I was comfortable. The massage itself was very relaxing and Rachel took time to explain what she was doing so I could fully understand the procedure. I really enjoyed my massage!
