Rachel was recommended by a friend who I booked, but Sarah took the appointment. She was lovely and friendly and talked through the lash lift. My lashes don’t look much different which is a shame, and the bottom ones now stick out a bit.
I didn’t want the lash tint so was offered a brow wax and reassured not much would be taken off. I’m so upset, after being told it was a little tidy up,they’re ruined. Loads of hair had been taken out between my brows and the right one is shorter than the left
