My first time booking at Wellness and Beauty clinic. I booked a massage with Louise followed by a facial with Michelle. Louise was absolutely lovely and I had a fabulous massage with her. Would highly recommended Louise. Unfortunately, Michelle didn’t turn up to do my facial.
Louise tried contacting her but no answer. Louise had another client waiting so she sent Michelle my number to contact me directly. She never did. I left disappointed after waiting for 30 minutes. I expected she would contact me later that day or the next but she never did which I thought was very poor. I then had to get my prepayment refunded, the owner of the clinic did not answer any of my calls or voicemails. In the end Treatwell had to contact them via an email address they had to confirm that the treatment had not taken place. I won’t be booking at Wellness and Beauty clinic again which is a shame as Louise was a lovely therapist who gives a great massage.
