I truly loved my entire experience here. They made me feel beautiful and welcome as soon as I walked in, despite it being ages since my last haircut, and never made me feel bad about its current state.
They really listened to me, and gave me the most beautiful haircut and colour (despite an unusual colour request) that left me feeling like an absolute queen. They checked in with me frequently to see if I had opinions on how it was going, but were also very able to take the lead when I didn't really know what exactly I wanted and give me advice and suggestions, and use their expertise to the utmost.
The team is so incredibly warm and friendly, but also happy to let you just relax and be quiet if that's your style, and I feel so lucky that I happened on them by accident. Cannot recommend them enough!
