I would highly reccomend a massage with Ben. Combined with sound therapy it was a truly relaxing and nourishing experience, I left feeling calm and refreshed and will defiantly be re booking in the near future!
I had an injury that had been bothering me for a while and could not get rid off and I feel brand new after the treatment. Ben definitely does a fantastic job.

Loved my massage with Ben, the combination of the relaxing music with binaural beats, massage and scented oils was so relaxing & unique to massages I’ve had in the past! I normally get standard deep tissue so having a change was lovely! Will defo return for the same or one of Ben’s other treatments! Loved it thank you x

Better than expected and a very different massage experience. I felt completely relaxed mentally and physically after the session. I was able to detach from any stress. The atmosphere was great and the scented vapour helped create the experience. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to relax and finds it hard to either separate themselves from stress or anxiety.
