Communication was great beforehand, Imran had read through my form and was prepared for when I turned up. After some more detailed questions about what I’d put on my form he worked on the areas of concern that I’d highlighted. He explained some exercises that I could do as follow up and emailed them to me. Both problem areas are better than before the session. Great service
