Came to see Imran with a few niggles and problems that needed seeing. Imran not only helped alleviate pain and discomfort but went above and beyond in providing stretches to help stay on top to keep the problems at bay and also provided after care to make sure I felt the full benefits of the service.

Imran is a wizard! Really knows his stuff and gets straight into fixing the problem. Couldn't move my neck properly but by the end of the session it was loads more flexible and by the following day the pain had subsided dramatically. The post session email with YouTube links to relevant exercises is a brilliant idea, really useful and one I haven't come across in other venues. Book now, you won't be disappointed!
