I have gone from never having a Sports massage to having a massage here every week. It not only helps my training in the gym but has helped me sleep a lot better as I have gone from a couple of hours to 7 or 8 hours a night. There is a friendly yet very professional atmosphere and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing treatment.

It's my third visit to Pepper Road and the progress after each session is remarkable. They were able to swiftly diagnose the source of the injury and treat with a combination of massage therapies and tape. After hobbling in barely able to walk in comfort, I was able to complete 45miles and 1100mts of climbing on the bike, as well as interval sessions and a run. So pleased to have found it, I honestly can't rate the place enough.
Given the high-intensity of my regular training, it's very important to look after my body properly in the down-time. Pepper Road's deep tissue massage treatment has been beneficial in reducing soreness and relieving tensions in my back and shoulders. Before my first treatment I was experiencing slight restrictions in movement in my neck, but after the first hour of therapy I was already enjoying a greater range of movement and flexibility.
