Went in for a lash lift and tint, but wasn't seen until 45 minutes after my appointment. The lady made it seem like it was my fault I was seen 45 minutes late, when in fact I came 2 minutes early for my appointment. The lash lift itself didn't even come out, and she didn't let me know what was going on through the treatment. She said to wear mascara, but the whole point was so I don't need mascara. She spent the hour complaining with her colleague about how hard it was to find proper staff.
