Nail tech was lovely but bashed up four of my nail beds, two of which were then left bleeding.

I really like my nails, absolutely beautiful.
However, my appointment started 30 minutes late and because of that then ended 40 minutes late. I understand it can get busy but I would've rather received a call to reschedule than being sat there doing nothing...

Very rushed as technician was trying to do 3 ppls at once, accepting bookings for 15 mins time when she hadn't even begun mine. Used nail drill on my real nails which I don't and made me bleed yanking off hang nails. Was not a pleasant experience.
