The facial was really nice and relaxing, my skin feels really good and healthy afterwards. But the eyebrow job wasn't quite the same. I had booked an eyebrow wax but received a threading. In addition, my eyelid was sort of scratched by the threading and I now have two small cuts just under my eyebrow. this is not what I'd expect if I go to get my eyebrows done

My nails look OK, but I booked for a file and polish; the manicurist used some kind of electric buffer on my nails & cuticles that left my cuticles sore 36 hours later - and stung like crazy if I used hand sanitizer.
If I go for a treatment, I want to feel good about myself - when I mentioned that I worked nearby, the woman went on incessantly that I looked far too old to be working, was I sure I wasn't retired. Rude to say so even if she thought it - but to keep on and on labouring the point?
