When I arrived, I did not feel welcomed. All staff was busy and they weren't aware of my appointment. Then the man who served me didn't really speak much English. For me,the whole thing is an experience, and I would like to communicate more so I didn't really enjoy it. My gel manicure was also pretty average. The place was clean and the atmosphere was good but overall I don't think I will go back.

Felt a bit like I was on a production line. Staff were not personable. I attempted a tiny bit of chit chat but was basically ignored so i kept quiet. Staff were blunt with their responses, not quite rude but definitely not friendly.
