I was here for 2hrs and 45 mins. One person removes the shellac, one files them, another one paints. I wanted to cry when i saw my nails after 5 layers of varnish, it looked like a child has played with my nails. I was super unhappy obviously and they had to remove them again and someone else painted them, which looked finally better. But the experience is unacceptable. Celine is the only person that actually knows how to do nails, but the quality of their products is really low

Ladies, forget your old salon this place will be your new one. Two weeks later with no chips, marks and compliment worthy, I still agree. I walked in, was sat down straight away and offered a coffee too. I had no idea what I wanted but they happily waited while I decided my colour & shape. Carefully giving advise on nail care and colour best for my fragile nails. Don’t forget the hand massage at the end, amazing! They even gave my friend free Shellac removal! I used to go to a place not far away, but now I’ve found my new place. Best in Pimlico for sure!
