The nail treatment was good, and the beauty staff was experienced. But I had to wait a 20 minutes although I had booked on Treatwell

The salon can definitely benefit from a deep clean - for example dirty old clipped off acrylics where on the table where I was doing my hands!! She also peeled my shellac off - which is so bad for the nails. The actual application of the gel was fine

Bobby was amazing as usual - thank you! 🥰 however it’s disgusting she is working in freezing conditions. I was so cold I struggled to enjoy my treatments and had to keep my coat on. Please sort out heating as it’s so cold
