absolute joke low standard staff, the guys on his phone come in and says no appointments today why is treatwell allowing me to book, couldn't understand a word of English the guy was saying he says the person your booked with is outside atm not in the mood, what the hell if you can't run a salon then just don't bother working, I wasted my money on travel and time to book a appointment and to wait for it to find out at the venue they can't be asked to do Thier jobs. blaming it on treatwell listen it's your job to update the claneder and let them know still waiting for refund

Efficient place but attention to detail isn’t that great. They didn’t know I had booked an appointment and wasn’t treated by Helen as she had another customer but still got my nails done nicely
