Honestly the wait is bad enough, she was repairing my nail in between doing another oersons set. 3 of my nails came off shortly after. Avoid

Lash lift took a lot longer than the advertised time and was late

Salon doesn’t clean or disinfect nail utensils after use, towels were dirty and not changed after. Overall the cleanliness is very poor.

I booked for 1045 but unfortunately when i got there there was a sign on the door saying no one would be there for another 20-30 minutes. I was promised a discount if i would return later (which i did) but of course as i booked on treatwell no discount was applied. i booked for gel removal and this was very quick and a nice nail tidy is included but i did leave with quite sore fingers given the number of cuticle cuts i revieved. However I do like the salon and will go back. Main issue is that there is no contact number for Treatwell in circumstances where your appointment isn't honoured, which is very frustrating as they have already taken your money.
