Not a great experience overall. The eyebrow threading was rather unprofessional. I've had my eyebrows threaded countless times but this was a slow and painful experience, and the thread kept snapping on my eyelid. The pedicure was ok but the area around the pedicure chairs was super messy. It was a bit hurried and there wasn't much care or attention paid. Gel removal was fine. The staff were not welcoming and talked amongst one another, never to you.

The service was great, the manicure, pedicure and not forgetting the cheeky back massage. Helen was so sweet and did a great job with my nails. Would definitely recommend this place. And for the price you can’t go wrong.

The nails are lovely but you do have to wait for staff members to finish off the other client treatments to get started.

Shellac chipped on two nails within the first day. Then in the next couple of days it chipped off on another four. I appreciate that the venue’s only been open for a couple of weeks so perhaps they need some time to get better. Nail artist was nice.
