Clumpy and cheap looking eyelash extensions. Glued big chunks of eyelashes together. Big chunks fell out in the following days. Too heavy I could feel them constantly. Scratchy and uncomfortable. Had to go elsewhere to get them removed. Clearly not trained properly

Not a good manicure at all sadly. Very jagged at the top of my nails. They were also running an hour late with mine and my friends mani/pedi.
Gel Nails Manicure
The staff were lovely however there were a couple of issues. When having my eyebrows threaded and tinted, they did the threading first and I did point out I was having them tinted too. You shouldn't thread or wax before tinting, tinting should be done first otherwise it can really irritate your skin if you have them threaded before, you should wait 24 hours to tint after threading. Although this was minor and they have only been open a week. My eyebrows look fantastic.
For the lash perm, I have never done this before and was just left, I had no idea how long I shoukd be there and obviously couldn't look around! Every so often somone would touch my lashes without warning me first, which obviously made me jump! When taking the solution off a lady quite roughly just took it off without telling me first so I am lying there eyes closed then suddenly without warning someone is taking it off. They should talk you through what they are doing or are about to do. Also one eye had overly curled lashes and the other eye had slightly permed lashes, so I am walking around with odd lashes! The lash perming wasn't a nice experience, partly because I didnt know what was going on for such a long time. If they communicated better it would have been fine.
