Pre booked and paid- turned up and they refused to give me the treatment. They repeatedly kept saying they haven’t got any transaction payment when clearly it’s been taken out of my bank account. I had proof but they refused to even look. The manager was rude and inconsiderate shouting over other clients heads. The other staff members were useless and kept telling me “it’s not there problem”. Train your staff and more importantly improve your customer service because it’s appalling.
