Awful experience and I paid £28 instead of £18 as it was stated on the website… I would have done my nails better myself. Unevenly filed, you can see air bubbles on the shellac, the vanish was also on my fingers… I was trying to explain this at the salon but they didn’t understand English very well. Now I’m stuck with horrible nails for my holidays and every time I look at them I can’t help but see how awfully their done. I will never go there again. The tiny salon also smelled horrible.

I have been looking for a new nail salon since my favourite in Esher did not reopen post COVID. The Nail Boutique is the third one I’ve tried since, and the most disappointing of them all. Having a manicure or a pedicure is a special treat for me, and I want somewhere with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Unfortunately this place is an overbooked production line, with very rushed and poor quality treatments. I’m afraid to say I will not be going back.
