Very good shellac manicure. I did ask for help with choosing colour and therapist not really interested. She just kept pointing me to the colour card. Also it was very dusty as they have just done refurb and really should have cleaned everywhere.

I booked 2 treatments exceeding £30.00 & got £5.00 off with the tw app. This was prepaid. However when leaving the salon, the staff demanded £5. 00 extra from me, saying that I hadn't paid the full amount. Bad form as the app promotes spending over £30.00. I am a regular tw user & this is the first salon that demanded £5.00 extra from me. I tried telling her that it was all booked & paid on the app & she wasn't having it. Anyway, the shellac manicure & pedicure were done very well, but I won't be returning because of the staff demanding extra money.
