Booked appointment for 10.30am . Didn't start to have my nails looked till 11am even though a customer came in after me with an appointment booked after mine and was seen first .
Guy was under alot of pressure, stress & rushing and only put one coat of sns powder on with an infill .
Very disappointed as the sns powder is thin & transparent. Shame as he's done my nails before & they've been fab .
What upsets me most is the fact I was kept waiting without an apology or reason.
