Had to wait 45 mins plus for my appointment. the SNS powder they used was terrible and chipped after 2 days.

One of the worst experiences, had my hands in boiling hot acetone. Took 2 and half hours for a an hour and half appointment. Young man didn’t have a clue what he was doing, my nails are all crooked and uneven. The nail polish application is very patchy. Cuticles are absolutely ruined and was bleeding my the end. Only notable good thing was the lady who made it welcoming.
