Came with a male friend. They were rude and laughing at him as he entered the shop insisting that he shouldn’t/wouldn’t be getting a colour ‘surely?!’. It’s 2020 and you’re based in london...respect and appreciate everyone and anyone giving you business, especially at times like these.
To top it off the results of our manicures and pedicures were dreadful. Uneven, didn’t remove cuticles one mani, didn’t remove varnish properly on pedi. I was left with loose bits of skin on my feet...avoid.
