This is the second time I’ve been to the Nailbox. The first time I went, my therapist was a young man. My appointment ended with an older man screaming and shouting at the young man while grabbing my hands in and out of the UV lamp. I was hurried out of the shop by the lady as things escalated. Naively I put this down to a bad day, so rebooked for an appointment last week. I arrived at 7pm and was not seen until 7:45. Again therapist was extremely rude. Will not be back, would not recommend
