At the nail salon, my experience was far from relaxing. The salon felt chaotic, with staff rushing around and little attention given to creating a calming environment. The nail technician seemed distracted and hurried, often pulling my hand too roughly and not paying attention to my requests. The tools didn’t seem properly cleaned, which made me uncomfortable. was waiting 40 mins despite having a booking. Overall, for just getting acrylics removed, I was in there for just over an hour and a half. Safe to say will not be going back there
