This is a great new salon - clean, tidy, and welcoming. My therapist definitely won me over by showing me the disinfection equipment for all the tools - I really appreciated that! The pedicure and manicure were done carefully and thoroughly!

The salon overall is lovely & calming. The staff are very friendly and they do try and be thorough when carrying out treatment however I had shellac done on toes and my polish was chipped and smudged when I checked it at home... Also I agree with someone below that there is no visibility of the products being sterilised between customers..

This new salon in Kilburn is a lovely haven away from the hustle and bustle where you can go for some serious pampering. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful and the salon itself is very nice.
