Once I saw a therapist it was fine. However I was kept waiting for 40 minutes.

Didn’t happen. I got a call one hour before my appointment to tell me that the therapist had called in sick. No apology. Just asked when I was next available and offered me an appointment during my working day. Requested a refund so look forward to receiving it
