Alice herself was excellent and gave me a great pedicure with foot razoring and a lovely massage. My friend - who had paid for the same treatment - did not receive at all the same pedicure, missing the foot razor and massage. When she asked if this would come later, the staff told her she hadn’t noticed that it had been done - even though it clearly hadn’t (gaslighting) as I saw with my own eyes. While my pedicure was great, I wouldn’t go back for fear I would be treated as my friend was.
