my usual nail technician wasn't available and it was the last appointment of the day, so my nails weren't as cared for as usual on this occasion unfortunately. Great venue and lovely staff but my nails felt rushed and not as nice as usual.

Very talented and knowledgeable, I had BIAB infill and Ann explained that it was meant to be thin and look natural (which is not what I have experienced elsewhere!) and was explaining how where I had had it done before had not been looking after the health of my nails. Will be back!
