I arrived at the salon and was immediately seated downstairs and given options to choose. I wanted some slight customisation which they did no problems without additional fees.

the artist was quite rough with taking off and didn't take off properly. after shellac, there were bumps on two of my fingers. I realized one in the shop but not the other 😭
