I think they do amazing job for manicure but the pedi wasn’t that great. The shape wasn’t perfect and the heels weren’t exfoliated properly.

The treatment itself was good and Julia was nice. However the staff was overwhelmed, accepting too many appointments. The treatment started 15' late and no one apologised for it. During the treatment a few people complained about delays so she had to go upstairs and deal with rescheduling. Also the treatment is done on a chair in the open space, not in a separate room and they don't change the protection in between clients so there was stains on it. The overall experience wasn't great.
