My manicurist spoke very poor English, practically non-existent, which is pretty essential when you provide any service in the UK. Because of that, I didn’t get what I asked for, even though I showed an example on a picture! When it became clear it wasn’t what I wanted, I tried to mitigate it and asked for a relatively easy pattern in addition to what I got done, but the manicurist couldn’t do it and I had to come back a few hours later. I was very punctual and the manicurist wasn’t there.
