The venue itself is very small, they try and just accept as many customers as possible without much consideration for guest experience. I asked for nail art, and I was present with lots of options which I appreciate. However, my nail technician felt frustrated and everything seemed like a big ask. I felt like I had to constantly apologise for being there, despite they decided to (over) charge me an additional £15 for a French tip.
