My first time at The Nail Garden and it was excellent. Really gentle and patient when removing my shellac - they didn’t use the electric file which I really appreciate as it’s so much kinder on the nails! Amazing manicure afterwards really neat and attention to detail. They have a great selection of products and it was really nice and calm in there. I would definitely rebook!

Honestly for the price of the services I kinda expected more. I ended up paying for a pedicure with removal and shellac, acrylic toe infill, and a gel overlay on my hands. This totalled £118 and for that price I was expecting immaculate work.
My overlay was uneven to the point were 2 of my nails had an indent in the middle and I had to ask him to re-do this. Even after this when looking at my nails many of them are uneven which he said was because my nails aren’t curved (which is very far from the truth) and it was probably due to the fact that he didn’t file any of my nails after putting the gel overlay. It was made worst by the fact the my aunt noticed how inconsistent the square shape was from finger to finger. Also I recommend putting sunscreen on your hands before coming because I spent an ungodly amount of time under that UV light.
The pedicure consisted of using a blade to get rid of dead skin, a scrub with a pumice stone, a short soak and cuticle care. I’ve had my fair share of pedicures and was surprised by how little was offered, even more so as the scrub was only used at the bottom of my feet. I wish I could show you how dry my feet are because there was no lotion afterwards which kinda defeats the purpose. Also so many of my toes weren’t filed straight it’s painful.
Anyways if this was half the price I would recommend this place cause you get what you pay but I just don’t think the service was worth the price.
