Excellent pedicure but saloon needs an uplift not particularly clean

Very unhappy! I've booked Crystal GEL nails. On arrival I was applied a powder(acrylic nails). When I saw the powder I said I don't want acrylic nails, I want GEL nails as requested in the booking! They jumped on me that gel comes in powder as well which is totally UNTRUE, clue is in the name and anybody who researches a bit can find the difference; even on the website of Crystal Nails systems. As I had one nail damaged and was in a hurry I said to get along with it. Then they asked if I want nail polish or shellac, obviously I said shellac. Here is the trick: GELs from Crystal comes in colours as well; for the past many yrs I had my gel nails done I had the option to choose colours and models with no issue. Long story short, the applied shellac on top of acrylic and I ended up with a bill almost double then what I booked. The acrylic powder they used wasn't labelled (no chance to know it was one of the approved or the banned ones), I was lied in my face and treated as I didn't know the difference and aggasated by two nail technicians with their blunt lies and scam to bring people in and make them pay (more) for a service they didn't even require in the first place(isn't that called FRAUD?)! PLEASE AVOID!!!
