Kim was really experienced and knowledgeable about BIAB, I got a great mani! I was thrown by their rules around using clear BIAB and Neutral BIAB, which I'd not encountered before. Be mindful when booking as I had unknowingly booked a 'clear BIAB' when I wanted pink and they were quite strict about it. I also booked the highest experienced technician but then a trainee did my polish, which was also a little confusing but I just went with it! My nails look great, would go back :)
