Would leave 0 if I could. Left half way through after being left bleeding and burnt marks from file. No soap in water and didn’t know how to cut cuticles and now got red marks and bleeding. Still paid £10 as was told they will mark me as a no show to treat well meaning I’d pay the full amount. Not even a sorry which would have gone along way.
