Would leave 0 if I could. Left half way through after being left bleeding and burnt marks from file. No soap in water and didn’t know how to cut cuticles and now got red marks and bleeding. Still paid £10 as was told they will mark me as a no show to treat well meaning I’d pay the full amount. Not even a sorry which would have gone along way.

I’ve been going to the Nail Spa Essex for a few months now, and my BIAB nails have never looked better. The tram is efficient, does a beautiful job on my nails, and even does lovely art when I bring in a Pinterest reference! Good price, great nails!
