Anna was very thorough and attentive and my Shellac nails look great, are well finished and have lasted brilliantly. She didn't however clean her hands or mine with gel before starting the treatment (picky, I know, but it matters). The salon itself is in need of some TLC but don't be fooled by its appearance. Overall, pleased with the service.
