Anna was lovely - except they clearly hadn't allowed enough time for a full gel manicure and I overran by 30 mins. This wasn't a problem for me, but the queue of people waiting meant my nails were rushed and weren't finished properly, with bumpy nails..! They also chipped the day later. Not what you want for quite an expensive treatment. Very unhappy!
